About

Built on the sales floor, not in a boardroom

iSellCars.ai is built by a working car salesperson in Metro Detroit, Michigan — someone who takes ups, works the phones, chases the same leads and sits through the same Saturday mornings as you. Not a software company that interviewed a few dealers once and then guessed. It runs stores anywhere; it was just born on one of the toughest sales floors in the country.

That origin shows up all over the product. The Hot Meter exists because a lead list sorted by newest tells you nothing about who is actually buying. The queue counts people waiting on an answer — not unread bubbles — because opening a thread was never the same thing as answering it. Follow-up never gives up, because customers buy on their own clock and the store that is still around in July wins the deal that went quiet in March.

And the AI is nobody's boring autoresponder. It's fully customizable — every rule about what it may and may never say is yours to set, and every rule is checked against what it actually writes, not just what it was asked to do. Set to work, it carries a sale from A to Y: answers in seconds, sounds like your best rep, qualifies, chases the paperwork, books the visit. Z is the close — and the close belongs to a person. The AI's whole job is getting the customer into that chair.

The product is young and moving fast — new features land weekly, shaped by what actually happens on the floor. If something about it feels like it was built by somebody who has heard a customer say, quote, I need to talk to my wife — that is because it was.
